Too many opportunities, not enough money

Hello BP members. I’m a small investor in NE Ohio, mainly the Akron area where great cash flowing opportunities are available. I have flipped half a dozen properties but am shifting my focus toward buy and hold. I own two great cash flowing properties (duplex and Sf) and I’m almost done renovating another duplex I own free and clear. I also have a SF home I bought from auction that I’ll be working on a a flip soon.

The reason for my post is I’m at the point where I feel I could scale much faster if I had investment from a partner who is looking for passive cash flow. My strengths are finding great properties in need of rehab, then coordinating my network of contractors to make it a very desirable place to live, and then managing the property.

Any solid investors out there looking for a great return without having to do anything please let me know.

Thank you!

@Pablo Vidlak You might find a partner by posting hear on BP, but it is long shot. It is great that you have some experience, that should give you a much better shot at finding a partner than the newbie. I think most real estate investors and entreprenuers in general start with the three F's... Family, Friends and Fools. These are the people most likely to give you money for investment  or a new business. Over the years we have worked with several friends as private lenders. It allowed us to grow our business and we were able to pay them a good return on their cash. If you don't have connections with any of the three F's, you are probably back to partnering with hard money lenders and banks.
