@Micki M. Thank you all very much for the responses. Although I love Denver very much, I have made the decision to move back home for a while to South Florida. There I have many more resources and am much more familiar with the area. I WILL be back to Colorado eventually. With that being said I will take all of this great advice with me on my journey to South Florida.

I'm getting my license soon and was wondering what the desk fees looked like in the Denver, CO area or anywhere around it?

Alright BiggerPockets, I'm in a little bit of a bind. I've recently moved to Denver, CO from Vail, CO after enjoying the ski bum life for a couple seasons in hopes of starting my Real Estate career in a bigger city while still having a couple full-time jobs in the hospitality industry. I grew up in South Florida and am tempted to move back home to a market I know very well, with pretty big network already in place in that area. I also would be saving quite a bit of money by staying with my parents. I'd like to get my Real Estate license in either Florida or Colorado depending on which area I'd make my home base. Now I really enjoy Colorado but I see lots of benefits for me moving back home. I almost forgot to mention that I'm also $10,000 in debt due to a Real Estate guru education course. That's the only reason I am so tight financially. Any advice on what you would do if you were in my situation???

Thanks for any responses in advance!

Hey Bigger Pockets! I'm looking for a title company that will allow me to do the following:

1) Allow me the ability to take and pay my seller out of the money coming from my buyer. (Double Close)

2) Allow me to pre-sign documents so I don't NEED to sit in on the closing.

Now, if you have a title company that does not let let their client do this then that is completely fine. I am open ears to any and all recommendations from any of you who have a Title Company you enjoy working with!

Thank you in advance and I wish you all a great day!
