Looking for Investor Friendly Title Company!
Hey Bigger Pockets! I'm looking for a title company that will allow me to do the following:
1) Allow me the ability to take and pay my seller out of the money coming from my buyer. (Double Close)
2) Allow me to pre-sign documents so I don't NEED to sit in on the closing.
Now, if you have a title company that does not let let their client do this then that is completely fine. I am open ears to any and all recommendations from any of you who have a Title Company you enjoy working with!
Thank you in advance and I wish you all a great day!

Keven Pare I've used title one before and they are very investor friendly. I did an assignment but they informed me they were able to do a double closing using the end buyers funds. From what I had been told they were one of the few here that will do it. Not sure about your other question because I've only done assignments.
