BELIZE Placencia, I have found a true paradise

So,

I pulled the trigger, as I like to do, and hopped on a plane without a plan or reservation to check out Placencia. Ive heard about it for years and I'm ready to take the leap in getting into investing here. I have hooked up with a great Real Estate Investment team who is not just knowledgeable but had lived here for years. They have seen the changes and advancement of the country and I wanted to see the area as they do. There is development and growth everywhere. And I want in!

What makes investing here difficult is you need cash to get in. CAPS are up to 20 depending on the type of property. There are still deals to grab ocean and lagoon front properties. Building costs are crazy low even compared to my small Illinois town.

I could go on and on...but, if you are one of those people who have been interested in Belize lets talk more. Appreciation on this hot vacation spot has been 15-20%. New direct flights to BZE are coming shortly from Vancouver and Paris.

I can't wait to buy my own piece of this place.

I'm in Hopkins where prices are half of what Placencia is.  We were going to buy in Placencia but feel the village is overpriced now.  Once we began asking around everyone says Hopkins is the new Placencia.  I love Placencia and plan on spending time there but just too high end for me.

Remember, there's a saying in Belize.  In Belize to make a small fortune spend a large fortune.
