Hi an agent said he would go with his contractors to estimate for the repairs

Is it a common practice to use the contractor to get what should be repair without inspection?

Search on the forum and seems quite alot of people saying home inspector merely point out the obvious and the services are quite extra?

Is this a norm price for rental market in most states

And generally should pty mgmt or the house owner pay for the advert?

@Andreas F.

What address did you use to open the a/c? Did you use your passport address to open or those forward mail address? Considering using forward mail address would allow receiving mail back in country but what to tell the bank staff they ask about address

Btw did you have itin to open the account?

Does your a/c has internet banking and allow wiring of money the platform?

@Andy Luick

Great tks for the comments

Anyone heard of any banks allow foreigner internet open of account ?

@Elizabeth C.

Great do they usually provide estimate for free? Some companies even have internet estimate but problem is whether the estimate is accurate or not

@Wayne Brooks

Florida has expensive house insurance and for some houses they would not even want to provide insurance

For sales from owner asking them or their agent allow knowing the premium history but what about foreclosure house? Talk to the listing agent and they said they don't have the figure

Don't want to get to offer accepted and know the house insurance companies don't provide or at high cost

Where to find house insurance premium payment history for a particular house

Talking about houses in florida
