Would you elaborate about what are the specify features you look for on shopping for a sf good for rental? How many restaurants shopping mall within a specify miles, good road constructions, metal fences or wood fences etc

Talking about these features in the b areas

Are houses located at cross road corner or beside main road easier to attract tenants?

How about having a park beside?
