What are the ways to pay contractors and handyman other than paying them with cheque? Do they accept money order? Can pay them with credit cards directly from internet or ask them to send bill using the internet and pay them using bill pay?

Secondly are they usually in parts like they complete all the walls repair pay them 10 percent And do they usually require a deposit of some percent prior to start work?

Have some qns about non us buying us house

1) There are many people setup llc for house buying Intend to do the buying personally rather from entity

Using llc bank account for receiving rent and paying for contractor for reno cost and repair along the way seems inappropriate due to they are make in the name of llc

What other ways to open account personally? Really have to travel all the way to us to open personal account?

2) Does the local bank account usually allow doing wire transfer online from internet banking?

3) About paying contractor for reno cost do they usually send the cost bill and pay them  using internet banking?

@Andrew Cordle

Have print out your budget cheat sheet

Are the figures mainly for upper figure and high level workmanship? The HVAC cost is inclusive of ducting everything in? And the kitchen is complete replacement of cabinet?

Yes home adviser has those cost for national and regional area but are the figure fairly?

@Jon Holdman
Do they allow contingent clauses in the offer?
Their house are sold "as-is" so would the listing agent know about the condition of the house like having a roof problem no plumbing, electrical wiring? They should know the likely condition or else how do they took those inner houses pictures and price their house

@Ben Bakhshi
They should have inspection report for every house would they or else how they price their house? But is not necessary for them to disclose them?

Should hire a inspector to inspect the house with pic "look ok"? And invalid the offer with the report have un suspected big things require costly repair?

@Andrew Cordle

The house is a rental

@Greg Smith

The qns was ask due to mi a out of state buyer and have to look at the picture to gauge the cost Did ask a few contractor but all they interested is setup appointment and provide no figure for the cost but mi a out of state buyer The agent did have some connection with the contractor but have to pick one of the house base on pic Read some of the investors buy off without even look at the house on ground In their case how do they do their due diligent on the repairs things?

@Cole Walker

The house may likely be a rental

Tks
