How do gauge the renovate cost from the listing pictures and gauge whether there is problem with electrical plumbing or hac problem?

Included some sample pictures and experience buyer would comment on the the realistic ball figure to reno this house to basic non fancy condition

Have some qns regarding wire transfer

Anyone know any services allow credit card to do wire transfer online or bank?

Do general contractor or handyman have facility to accept online credit card payment?

The agent have connections with the general contractors and and own mgmt but don't know whether is simple recommendation or partnership? Is under the law for agent to disclose their financial interest in recommendation? 

Should let the agent plan for the rehab with his contractor or should hire own contractor? Maybe not be there to view the work done

They would bill you the work and without viewing the work with the agent oversea the project and rent out the unit once work done Any due diligent to be done

Read somewhere about creating credit line but don't know which post is it 

The content is something like deposit some money in one bank borrow from them and deposit to another bank and borrow again creating more credit 

Question is if you borrow from first bank and use the money to deposit to second and on where would you find money to return to first bank usually they allow borrow only 6 months

Anyone knows about this?

For renovating should you hire your own contractor for the project or use agent contractor? Some of the agents have partner with contractors

Another more important is how to do due diligent against fraud for out of states buyers

They may not go to the house to look at the quality of work and what are done to the house

Does applying credit line secure with house require submission of 2 yrs income documents?

Most of the housing authority website states they require refrigerator stove and smoke alarms arn't they stardardize with every state and owner don't have the required would fail their inspection? And does your local housing authority allocate the tenant to you or you have to go out to get them? Are you investing in CA for your section 8 rental? Thanks

Heard of any out of state buyer successfully getting loan?

How do landlord generally get their section 8 tenant from? Do they get allocated from the authority once they are registered with them or they provide a free advertising platform for landlord to advertise their house and wait for any section 8 renter to contact them?

Didn't they have a waiting list and allocate those applicant to landlord registered with them

The frannie website say they lend to investor for financing and renovation 

Do they allow financing loan and renovation loan to foreigner investors?
