Thanks for the response @Gordon Cuffe. Ya price points and availability are way different here compared to VA. I used to live here so I am familiar with the areas, but I will keep you in mind if any questions come to me. In the meantime, If you or anyone needs an agent, investor friendly or not, I am most definitely willing to help in any way.

Hello BP,

I am a newly licensed real estate agent for NextHome Cedar Street Realty in Roseville, CA. I'm trying to market myself and network with other agents, lenders, investors. I was formerly a wholesaler in Virginia so I know the formulas for investors and know what investors are looking for. That being said, I feel I can be an investor friendly agent, just need to get my name and reputation out there. I am always looking for new leads and referrals, so any suggestions about best ways to capture leads, I am all ears. 

Any advice for newly starting agents to grow their sphere and clientele, and best ways to generate leads please feel free to let me know. Never go to lunch alone, so I can always use a lunch partner to talk and network.

My current contractor is out a couple months with an injury and I need someone who can meet me at properties within a timely manner. We can discuss terms when we talk. Hello BP, I am an investor with Newport News Home Buyers, LLC located in Newport News Virginia. I need assistance with doing walk throughs of potential properties and determining the cost of repairs and upgrades so I can get a precise offer amount to present to the owner. I currently have a contractor working with me but he has limited time nowadays to come to multiple properties. Hello BP,

I am an investor with Newport News Homes Buyers, LLC and I am looking for real estate agents who can assist me with coming up with ARV of potential investment properties. I can get the basic number by looking online but I would appreciate a semi-detailed analysis and opinion from an agent with mls access. I would prefer quick responses with ARV but I understand you are busy, so by the end of business I would like an ARV. Let me know if any agents out there are willing to help and can get ARV back to me by same day.
