I am looking for a general contractor to walk properties with me to determine a rehab estimate. My current contractor is out a couple months with an injury and I need someone who can meet me at properties within a timely manner. We can discuss terms when we talk. I am an investor with Newport News Home Buyers, LLC and look at about 2-3 properties a week. Ranging from Williamsburg down to Suffolk.
