Hello BP,
I am looking for a general contractor to walk properties with me to determine a rehab estimate. My current contractor is out a couple months with an injury and I need someone who can meet me at properties within a timely manner. We can discuss terms when we talk. I am an investor with Newport News Home Buyers, LLC and look at about 2-3 properties a week. Ranging from Williamsburg down to Suffolk. Does your existing contractor have any recommendations? Usually they know other people in the business and have heard enough stories about work quality and such to provide some initial recommendations.
