I do attend the PREIA meetings. I don't want to wait a month in between to network some more so I'm turning to BP to get more opportunities of meeting cash buyers/investors.

Thank you Brian. So it's not a law that we have to use a  transactional payment? With a Cash buyer it is not needed?

Need some advice/info from fellow Virginia wholesalers...I am under the impression that to assign a contract to the end buyer I need to have a transactional loan to close the deal. Is that correct? If so, how do transactional loans work and what do I need to do in order to close. (I say transactional loan because I don't have the funds to close on my own right now)

Thanks

Hello BP,

I have a question for all of you full time wholesalers...what doesnyour daily schedule look like? What is your daily routine/ weekly routine/ monthly routine? I switched from full time to part time at my 9-5 job so I'll have more time to start my wholesale business. I already have 1000 addresses for my direct mail campaign and I have started to find properties with driving for dollars...but what else is important throughout the day to stay busy and successful. Thank you
