I currently have a small amount of money (under $1000) and I am wondering could someone shed some light on creative ways to raise capital to investing in multiunits in my area?

Christopher Merio Yes this is true but there are some good up and coming areas of the city especially for rentals like the area near the MD Institute College of Art
