Hey everyone, I am taking the first steps towards being a real estate investor. I am looking for a mentor that is flipping home in the Baltimore/Baltimore County area that is willing to help me out/allow me to shadow them. I am willing to help out anyway I can in return!

Hey everyone, I'm just trying to get starting investing in wholesaling and fix and flips in Baltimore County and I keep having people tell me I need to have my financing beforehand. I'm just wondering what really comes first: the deal or the financing?

Hey everyone, I am taking the first steps towards being a real estate investor. Are there any real estate agents in Maryland preferably in the Towson area who can help me navigate to market. Thanks!
