Raising capital as a college student
Hey everyone!
I am a working college student in Baltimore, MD looking to invest in multiunit properties . My biggest problem is how to fund it. I currently have a small amount of money (under $1000) and I am wondering could someone shed some light on creative ways to raise capital to investing in multiunits in my area?
