Thanks for all the welcome! I would like to also learn how to sell a place with tenants in it.... I actually have one property that I am managing myself (I just moved out 6 months ago) and I also have one in Florida that's being managed by a property management firm.

Everything helps a lot.

I actually only have experience in purchasing but not selling...

My name is Kelly and I am a project manager in an engineering company. I joined this place to gain more knowledge to build a business in real estate.

I currently have 3 properties (2 condos and 1 single family). I am interested in purchasing a multi family unit, though I am open to other investment type and strategy.
