Hi guys,

My name is Kelly and I am a project manager in an engineering company. I joined this place to gain more knowledge to build a business in real estate.

I currently have 3 properties (2 condos and 1 single family). I am interested in purchasing a multi family unit, though I am open to other investment type and strategy.

Hope everyone is having a good day =)

Kelly

@Kelly L. Welcome to BP. I am replying even though your post did not appear to be aimed at me. :-) If you have not done so you might browse through the learn section above. it is loaded with great information. I had invested off and on for 20 years and I still learned lots of tips I had never heard of. you can also set key word alerts to help keep track of topics that interest you. Be sure to browse the forums and ask or answer questions. You will network and have fun at the same time.
