I would just pay a title company to get it done right. It’s worth the cost. I was introduced to a company in Cranford that does a quick search for $75. It’s called Clear Skies Title. I met with one of their title searchers the other day. This is what they do. You on there hand...I’m just saying, leave it to the professionals. The small cost upfront could save you money in the long run.

Why are you looking at condos? Not the best bang for your money.
