Real Estate Brokerage to Build My Property Management Co. with?

I am a licensed agent in New Jersey (currently with Weichert). I have been managing my own properties for the past 3 years and I feel the time is right to create my own property management company. I am looking for a broker to hang my license under that is licensed in PA and NJ that supports a licensed salesperson engaging in property management. Please leave a comment or PM me.
