@Justin Silverio I was going to start with 1k with recurring sends about 3-6 times. This would be my first mailing. I guess you suggest a letter instead of postcards? Any special marketing tips with letters, such as envelope or letter color etc.? 

Delmar Bennett I'm going to start with divorce and tax delinquents. If I need more I'll add some other categories. I'm looking at doing at least 1000 each mailing.

I am getting ready to do a mass postcard mailing (to fill up our rehab funnel and possibly wholesale some) Question to fellow BP'rs. What has been your experience with return rates on flyers? 2nd question, what should be the time between mailings? I plan to mail 3-6 times to same group. Thanks in advance for any advice and personal experiences.
