Looking for recommended tools to help find lots/land for sale. I have done the usual realtor.com and other similar. Not much on land or lots. What have you found most helpful?

Scott - great job. It looks very nice. I agree with the other comment about a little more color accents in the kitchen but other than that, looks great

Greetings from Cleveland, TN. I just joined BP and looking forward to meeting other like minded individuals as well as growing my real estate investments. I have minimal real estate experience. I've had several single family homes, a commercial building and my business partner and I have built several 4plex units. I am looking for other real estate investment opportunities as well.
