I have a closing on 8/15/16 on 825sqf 2/1 house and I will rehab it and hold on to it. I was wondering what most tenants would prefer:  2 decent size bedrooms with decent size closets or 3 smaller bedrooms with smaller closets (we are talking about 9x8 bedrooms)?  Any advise would be appreciated.  House is in Lawrenceville NJ.

@Account Closed Given the size of the house at 825ft2, I think you would be absolutely crazy to try and cram in a third bedrooms.  I cant see anybody being OK with such small bedrooms.  At 9'x8' you bearly above the IRC minimum room sizes.
