Report it to collections at a minimum and try to reason with them.

I know that it's a lost cause and you'll be able to recoup some losses when you get another tenant in, but stay in touch with the others. Try NOT to burn that bridge just yet; they may be in a place where they don't have money and maybe they'll give it to you when they get it (maybe weeks, months, a year or so down the road)

I hear TLO is a go-to for skiptracing.

I'm an agent trying to get into wholesaling to increase my business.

Anyone have any reviews and idea on current pricing?

Thank you

Hey guys,

I've located a few prospects in neighborhoods who have owned their home for over 20 years and I want to send a letter to get them to call me. What do you recommend would be some great one liners that have worked for you guys? Perhaps, you can help a fellow wholesaler out and give an example of a letter?

I am planning on calling them after I skip trace them and then door knock.

Any advice would great!

Hey guys, I own a duplex in Georgia and I keep coming across more deals. I have the down payment; having a hard time getting lending from mortgage company or bank. What are some other (innovative) ways to get rentals.

Thank you

I don't think there's an exact science or formula but yes, we may seem similar numbers
