@Joe S. - this is really market dependent. In SoCal and Florida - an in ground pool will absolutely increase the value of the home.

In the area of NC that we invest in - it will probably cause your house to be worth less.

@Matt Stricklen - many of our properties are re-leasing at a 30% rent increase over 2019/2020 rents. I’m in the Fayetteville NC market.
