Line of credit on the houses, use that money to get a property or two (depending on what market you go with). Pay back parents after the cash out refi.

You have to honor the current lease. During the remainder time they have left, keep on eye out for compliance with the current lease. when it's up you can move fwd with asking for the home or evicting. If you choose to renew then thats when you really do your research- collecting verufucation on income, referrals, etc

Why don't you listen to episode #28, then jump to most recent and work your way down as you move up. Honestly there's a lot of them so it really depends on where you're at in your journey.

In my market, usually "as-is" implies needs work. So that "as is- no repairs needed" looks contradictory to me, but they could just be straight fwd in that its turn key ready.

Call the county appraiser and the city. There should be permits
