@Bill Williams August lock w/ Keypad. Integrates with Airbnb for sending codes & automatically changes them. If the app is giving trouble just have them use the keypad.

It's not simply real estate, it's a hospitality business. Unless you plan on partnering with a manager you will be building a hospitality business which includes: communicating with guests, handling resolutions, scheduling turnovers, price optimization, guest experience, and a slew of other things that come with the job. It's a great model if done right, best of luck.

@Azaria Beckworth, yes you can manage other people's properties through cohosting. Cohosting can bring you in more income than even purchasing properties. The income you bring in can be used to scale your business or you can use it to acquire master lease properties as well, so growing your portfolio of STRs without owning.
