Sean Edgar Man, thanks for taking the time to explain that for me, I really appreciate that! So in order to even be able to close on a HUD deal I need to have an extra $500-1000 for every single deal?

Is it possible/legal to co-wholesale a HUD property? Let's say I win a bid on a property but don't have any buyers. Could I partner with another wholesaler who does have a buyers list and split the profits? What issues do the veterans up here see with this idea?

I'm brand new at all of this so I haven't done any deals yet, but I think I'm going to go to at least the first few closing a just to educate myself on the whole process. Never hurts to learn more.

Will check that. I'm on a good path right now as far as building up my credit. It's not that I have "bad" but rather "lack" credit if that makes any sense lol. I'm young so I have time. Buy/hold makes sense now that you say that.
