What's going on everybody? Excited to plug into the community here and learn! My name is Justin Rodgers, I'm 25, and I'm brand new into this real estate game. I've studied it for awhile but became one of those people who never took action (until now). I'm wanting to get into wholesaling and co-wholesaling at the moment. As my experience increases I would like to progress into some different investment strategies but I see co-wholesaling as a great entry level investment path for me right now. My family and I are currently living in Birmingham, AL right now but will be moving back home to North Carolina this summer, specifically Durham (so if you're in the triangle let's also connect!) I feel like I'm at a point in my life where creating a lifestyle of financial freedom for my family and I is NOW or never. I've finally stopped overthinking things and I've dedicated this year to taking massive action, not only as an investor, but as an artist and entrepreneur as well.
