Should a Wholesaler be at Closings?
Should a wholesaler be at their closings? I've heard different opinions, what do you think?

IMHO, it's neither a good or bad thing. If all the paperwork is in order there is no need for your presence unless you need a check then and there. I work virtually and have never been to a closing.
