Hi @Tom Wagner I hope all is well. Brian S Ortins would be a great contact. We can't leave contact info on here. DM if you want his contact. I love the EXP model. Good luck my friend..

@Chris Alfano I'm A Boston/Somerville investor. I have been investing for over ten years. I love new construction but do a few rehabs too. Please let me know how I can help.

You had me at free lunch.

@Matthew Ashe looks like you came to the right place! You will learn a lot on BP. You should start listening to one or two real estate podcasts in your car. Sorry buddy, no more music for you. You have to take this seriously. All the tools you need are all around you. Now you just need to focus on education, networking and taking action. Good luck my friend.

@Abe B.you need to keep making offers. My client just purchased a two family in Stoneham at 615k FHA loan. The reason we were able to get a good deal was because the first buyer who offered more backed out because he had two accepted offers in the same week. I am also in the process of purchasing a deal on MLS. If you don't put in offers you will never win. Real estate is a game of numbers my friend.

@Jake Freeman Investing in the Boston market is no easy task but fun. You should aim to bring value to experienced investors you want to learn from. After investor over ten years and graduating with a construction degree I feel like I still have a lot to learn. Happy hunting my friend!!

I believe every investor should become a licensed agent. 1 you can have a second stream of income. 2 agents in this market hate putting in low offers over and over. I know some investors will say we should not be looking on MLS and I disagree. I currently have a client with a house ready to close in a week that we found on market below market value. Everything works if you work.
