Rookie in the Boston RE Market looking to expand my network

Currently moved back to southeastern mass after graduating from school in 2019. Have leisurely studied real estate before with a few books here and there but decided to step my game up ever since listening to BP podcasts. If there are any people in here or in the Boston area, I would love to expand my network and maybe try to gain some knowledge from people who are already in the industry or are new themselves. 

Also looking for any groups/clubs that are in the area as well.

@Jack Dalrymple just found out about it today actually, looking forward my first BP event and building up the network.

@Patrick Flynn In the short term i'm looking to get into house hacking and for the longer term I am definitely interested in multi-families/buy and hold rentals

@Jonathan Bombaci also found this Facebook group today was watching the previous videos, this is something I cant wait for once in-person meetings are up and running again
