As an investor/wholesaler you have to purchase property at a discount price to make a profit; however, this should not be your number one goal. We are problem solvers. Are goal should be to help people first make profit second. Sometimes it is best to tell the seller you are not the best option. Other times the sellers is in a jam and you are the best option. Always focus on adding value. Believe it or not I have a good friend who over 75 percent of the time pays market value. His profit comes from what other people don't see. Example adding bedrooms or adding a second unit.

@Jerryll Noorden you are going places!! I do a lot of everything. You never know where your next deal is going to come from. I just closed on a 49k assignment two weeks ago. My end buyer was just a guy that noticed my company t shirt at the gym. 75 percent of the time I wear my company t shirt to the gym. lol just wanted to add some value on you post!! We must always focus on marketing and networking. See you at the top!

@Nate Wentworth sounds like you have a sold plan. Have you started going to network working events/meet ups? The key to finding you internship or second job would be adding value. If you add value magic happens. If money is not the issue maybe work for free or run errands in return the company will teach you their system. This strategy has worked for me in the pass. You have a bright future! Stay focus my friend.
