If I was in your shoes I would call an attorney ASAP! Maybe it is the Marine in me but I would not take a knife into a gun fight. Mass does not take discrimination cases lightly. I hope this helps.

@Charlie MacPherson , thank you for the update. We are in a crazy market right now. How do you think the low inventory is going to affect real estate agents? Do you think the low inventory will force real estate agents out of the business? Maybe brokers will start providing property management services? I would love to hear your opinion.

House hacking in Chelsea Ma is a great idea. The area is getting better. A lot of developers are investing in the community. More and more people are migrating to Chelsea because of the proximity to the airport. People are moving into East Boston for the same reason.

Facebook marketing is not hard to learn. Play around with it. I like how you can really focus on your target audience. Our company likes to add pictures with our post. Most investors prefer to post between 11AM/12PM and between 5PM and 6PM. When post Facebook ads you can also select your post to show on Instagram. Good luck

@Ostany D Isaac I agree with Ann, you want to find the best service you can find. Don’t bring a knife into a gun fight. This great state does not favor landlords. I hear Inessa Shur is worth the cost.

@Matthew Cataldo Hi Matt, if I was in your shoes I would look to leverage your hard-earned money. You can find great tips in the BP book The Book on Investing in Real Estate With No and Low Money Down. In 2010 I purchased a 2 family in Somerville using creative financing. I was able to purchase a 450k house that is worth 950k today with 3k down payment. The monthly rental revenue is currently high than my down payment. I waited a few years refinanced that property and was able to use the cash from the refinance on purchasing a 16 unit in Springfield. I also negotiated 5 percent seller financing to keep more money in my pocket. Always remember the best investment you can make is in yourself. I hope this helps….
