Working in the investment and real estate fields, I often struggled to find affordable painters that were reliable. I got so disgusted with this neverending search that I decided to start the company that I was looking for. My company, Oak & Acorn Painting specializes in painting rentals, flips, and investment properties. We're an affordable alternative to typical residential painters and a superior quality to what you would find in a handyman.
The idea that good paint isn't affordable is a thing of the past. We serve eight counties in Southwest PA that consist of Somerset, Westmoreland, Cambria, Indiana, Allegheny, Beaver, Fayette, and Armstrong. If you're not in our typical service area, we are willing to travel further than this depending on job size. Our targeted cities are Pittsburgh, Greensburg, Indiana, Altoona, Johnstown, and Somerset.
As an investor myself, I understand both sides of the transaction and I'm willing to work with my customers in any situation to provide a fair deal for both parties.
