I wasn't sure where to put this post so hopefully I'm not breaking any forum rules.
Hello! I've recently moved back to my home state of PA from Denver. The general consensus that I'm seeing among the REI community is that there is a lack of reliable contractors in the industry who are investor friendly. I've been kicking around the idea of starting a painting company that primarily focuses on providing a solid service to landlords and investors. Being part of the BP and REI community, I feel as if this is not only a great opportunity to produce a secondary source of income and excellent networking possibilities for myself, but also an excellent opportunity for my fellow investors to have a go-to company that understands both sides of the equation.
This isn't an advertisement or solicitation, it's just a general inquiry as to whether or not there would be interest.
What do you guys think? Would this be of interest to you as an investor?
Thanks for any opinions!
