I'm going to research every aspect of it thoroughly and try what I think I'll like best. I really like to shoot for the moon when I do things and RE seems like it has endless possibilities for wealth building, especially for people with a solid work ethic. I make good money at my W2 job so I plan on keeping it until I can plunge headlong into the RE business.  I also still live at home with my parents and have very little debt. I'm excited to get out of the rat race and start building that asset column!

Hey all I'm Josh and I currently live in Somerset, PA. I'm a poker dealer at the Rivers Casino in Pittsburgh. I'm 22 years old and engaged to my girlfriend of 7 years. I'm adventurous and love to try my hand at new things. Real Estate seems like it will be my next endeavor and I'm quite excited about it. I'm a quick learner with excellent social skills, but I'm somewhat of an introvert. I've lurked on this forum for about a week now and I've decided to jump in and start posting.
