My first potential flip! Need help running numbers.

Hi all! New member here in the Denver, CO area. A friend of mine came to me with a potential deal. Looking for help running the numbers on this potential flip. Asking price of 270k with comps in the low to mid 300s(315k - 350k). Some renovated and some not. House is a three bedroom two bath with detached two stall garage. Finished basement that needs flooring and lighting. Full kitchen and bathroom rehab. Original hardwoods need resurfaced. Majority of the work would be sweat equity. Needs landscaping. Any help or cost calculators would greatly appreciated as this would be my first flip! Excited to be a part of the bigger pockets family and excited to hear some of the advice people of the bigger pockets community have to offer. Thanks in advance and cheers.

Replied

In Colorado i dont recommend using Zillow for comps. They don't have a data agreement with our MLS which can make their system very inaccurate. They do pull from public record after something sold, but just be wary.
