I have battled the short-term psychology of the irresponsible peer group for a long time. There comes a point in time when you must realize that in order to generate superior results, you must take superior action. They may be good family members, nice friends, but in order to become an investor you must spend time with other investors. There must be SOME way you can find a likeminded person in your area. I seriously doubt that there is noone in the area. Keep looking!

You should try out feedburner when you decide to publish it... I have seen they have tools for podcasts... it is a great RSS medium that allows all the different types of readers to subscribe in one 'chicklet' button / rss feed url.

Individual leasing can be difficult. I currently have an individual lease with some friends, which is really good for myself. I know that the main reason I am still living in my current apartment is because of an individual lease.

My main motivations are being sick of renting and wanting to be wealthy. While REI is not going to be the only way I will build my wealth, I believe that it is going to be an important one for myself.

It sounds about right though. This is a very highly ranked forum, with lots of trafic. Traditionally only a small percent of people contribute to a forum, occasionally coming out of their shell.

Surprisingly enough I compared the prices at my local WalMart verus the Sam's Club and it turned out to actually be more expensive due to the fact that Sam's Club doesn't carry generic brands like the WM Supercenter does.

For those of you who have not been watching the markets, this week was the worst week for the Dow all year.

It seems like I made a smart move selling when it was high. Monday I will rebuild my portfolio stronger, with a lucrative profit to boot.
