From experience I know how hard it is to get started in RE Investing. It's an extremely scary experience when you don't really know what you're getting yourself into. What makes this even harder is not knowing anything about investing prior to attempting their first deal, lots of people know the value in investing in real estate, but don't actually know how to do it. Going and doing a first deal cold turkey with no knowledge is a good way to learn what not to do, but i think by first getting educated will help to eliminate the doubt one has, and also help eliminate the risks involved with the deal. That is way I am currently seeking any individual who is willing to learn how to invest the right way. If you feel undereducated on how to invest, please respond to this posting so I can show you what I have to offer.
