@Hong Zhu not sure how much demand you’re getting but I personally always decline guests with no reviews. Fortunately I’m in a spot to be able to decline them and still get booked, but 99% of issues I’ve ever had with airbnb guests were from guests with no reviews who started issues on the property or had problematic stays almost every time like clock work. Since no longer accepting guests with no reviews I have dramatically cut down on the nonsense issues, just my 2 cents.

@Christopher Piazza hey Chris, you could sell to a developer or if the plan/permit cost is less than what you could sell it for, you could get permits and plans approved to build on the land then sell it for a higher amount. Otherwise keep it yourself until you plan to build. I’d love to take a look. I

Local Landlord associations and reach out to brokers in the area that have also owned and operated similar asset classes.
