Gifted some property in Sarasota, FL. What are some moves I can make?

Hello all!  I was recently gifted 1/3 of an acre property in Sarasota, Florida from a family member.  There is nothing built on the property, and it’s all overgrown. I have around about 10k to work with, curious what moves, if any, I could make with this property.

@Christopher Piazza hey Chris, you could sell to a developer or if the plan/permit cost is less than what you could sell it for, you could get permits and plans approved to build on the land then sell it for a higher amount. Otherwise keep it yourself until you plan to build. I’d love to take a look. I
