What areas in Polk County would you recommend for rental property?

@Don Ferman you can now apply for a Tax Deed which will trigger a tax deed sale. The government will sell the property at public auction to the highest bidder. The starting bid is setup at whatever the value of the property taxes due plus interest accrued. You would have to bid on the auction in order to buy the property.

You can get more detail info on the County Tax Collector’s site for the county where the property is located.

As a New Real Estate Investor, do I gain anything by getting my Real Estate License? 

Would like to hear from the pros and veterans out there on the forum. Is this investment worth it, or should I focus on gaining investment knowledge through training like Bigger Pockets?

Have a question, you mentioned you could pay for the PMI Insurance upfront. Did I read that correctly? If you go with that option does that mean that every year you write a check for PMI Insurance until you own 78% of the value of the home?

Hi ! I am new to BP from Sarasota-Bradenton , FL. I am just getting re-started with cash flow real estate investing. So this is my first post.

I have also been thinking about investing with Fundrise as I’m in the process of buying my own home and have to leave my credit file alone until I get this deal close.

Is everybody that have used it happy with the performance so far? Any Red flags out there?
