I was under the impression that door knocking was out of style. Also people are afraid of knocking on someones door...I know I am..lol. When you have limited or very limited resources you have to do what you have to do!

I agree with Thomas S. You can direct them to check county info. They already have the property address, office address and your name (I would only show them your ID not make a copy). I believe that should be enough but if they are still not satisfied then do your best to fix your ads or make your rental more appealing to attract more prospect. Sometimes trying to make $1 out of 50 cents is not worth it.....:-)

I went to the New Jersey Treasury /taxation because I am looking for tax delinquent properties. Do I talk to the tax admin and ask for a tax delinquent list or is there a website where I can get this info. Thanks in advance

I am also looking for investors to buy the properties I will have under contract. I entered the word New Jersey in the BP search bar and am contacting everyone that comes up....there are a lot of pages....lol
