Northern New Jersey Wholesaler

Hi Everyone!,

New to BP but figured I'd ask.  Anyone know of/is a wholesaler in North NJ.  I'm in essex county looking for fix and flip properties and not having a ton of luck with multiple offer scenarios.  How do you guys go about finding wholesalers?  I've tried craigslist and such - do you call the 'we buy houses' guys or something else?
