Is the New Jersey market just as hot for multifamily as it is for sfr? How about mixed use? Does anyone have insight on the New Jersey mixed use market?

As a NJ handyman unforeseen things happen all the time. I always charge a base price plus materials. When something does come up I just charge extra. I communicate that with customers in the beginning. Unforeseen circumstances cost extra. Most of the time it's not an issue. The customers that don't agree I thank them for their time and keep it moving

I have been doing house calls as a Handyman for 7+ years as a side hustle. Is a resident property easier to get into than a building (5+ units). I in the process of saving up for 3.5% down for an FHA. So far I have 1%

I am a Handyman that has been fixing homes for the past 7 years. I've seen A LOT. I want to but a multi but my bank account is dry. What would you do if you were in my shoes?

What's up Jake. 20% coc is great. I'm looking for a multifamily myself. I have seen a few property management companies advertised on craigslist. You might want to try there if you haven't already. I am a handyman in North Jersey. North Jersey is not looking good for opportunities so I will try central/ south Jersey. Let me know how it goes.
