It is listed with another agent. I am the buyer agent. Investors that call me keep telling me to find out what bank has the property so we can start negotiating. That is the listing agent job right?

From the dozen of short sales on the MLS that I have seen the LA always tell me that there are multiple offers so I wonder if all the digging for info is worth it

Good afternoon everyone.

NYC short sale from MLS listing

According to Google HOUSEHOLD FINANCE REALTY CORPORATION OF NEW YORK is a subsidy of HSBC

Together with LSF9 Master Participation Trust they are the seller. (so it seems from public records)

As a real estate agent myself would I be wasting my time trying to talk to the trust or Household financial?

Any feedback would be great

I mean in NYC it is a sellers market. Very tough to find deals.

Even the mediocre properties are being bought for over asking.

Hi Elizabeth

My name is Jorge and I also just joined BP. I am a R.E agent advertising properties through NYC primarily in Queens, Bx & Brooklyn. I focus on REO properties. The market is extremely competitive right now and every sale has turned into a bidding war.

How do you see things right now?

BP seems pretty cool. Let's see where it leads us right?

Makes sense. I see many pros selling "systems" and wonder "How are they selling this when X years ago they were in my shoes?"

Education, Education and application. Makes sense.
