I got a call from a seller today that he wants to sell but his house is brand new and renovated. Pretty sure there is no deal here but I'm dying to do my first deal. Anyway I can make this work, besides lowballing like crazy?

I'm sending letters to a small targeted list of 500 absentee owners in Queens, NY. I am writing and sending the letters out myself instead of using a company to save money. I was wondering, is writing the message on looseleaf or computer paper less effective than the yellow sheets? All advice and answers are appreciated, thank you.

Last month I targeted out of state absentee owners in Queens, New York. I sent out about 700 postcards and only got 1 call back and it was obviously unsuccessful. What should I change up? Should i target a different borough, or try yellow letters???

I have recently been told about Rebogateway. It helps provide leads and provides lists for you. Is anyone familiar with this website? Advice? Feedback? Thank you!

Hello, I recently sent out postcards and had a horrible response to them. Now I want to try yellow letters to tax delinquent lists. Can anyone recommend a good Yellow Letter website/company that I can use and that will help mail out the yellow letters? Thank you.
