PURCHASING TAX DELIQUENT LIST
Hello, I am looking to send out direct mail to a tax delinquent list. Can anyone tell me where I can purchase one of those lists (New York City).
Also, should I do yellow letters or postcards?
Thank you!

The most reliable way to get the list is to contact the county directly, either the tax assessors office or appraisers office.
agentpro247.com is also a good source.
