So glad you started this thread! I started the Asheville area BP meetup earlier this year. Each meeting I encourage everyone in the room to invite a woman. I've been the only woman in the room many times throughout this real estate journey. I am also an agent, and there is a lot more female representation there.

I've been hoping that the ladies in the Asheville BP meetup could grow to a point where we have our own channel & avenues for connecting, learning, and growing from one another. So far, @Lauren Flower and @Hannah Williams have been coming somewhat regularly which I love! :D

That area of South Carolina is close to Spartanburg, but very much in a rural area. I would imagine you can still find deals like that, especially off market that need some work. In general housing is very affordable in that particular area.

Are you planning to BRRRR this next property you'll buy? Meaning, you'll be able to pay back the funds quickly? What would the new rate be? And what is the expectation for how long you'll be at that rate? Same as the other - 1 yr?

Do you have a property already in mind? Is the larger budget even necessary? What type of property will you be buying? I’m tempted to say wait and have access to more funds…

Bryson City and Cherokee are two cities in NC with a lot of Smokies action. Maggie Valley is great too because there's skiing nearby.

Hey Pat, I've had clients use Terri at Tonsofrentals.com with success. Here is a solid GC recommendation too: Randy Williams / Randy[at]innovativecrows[dot]com
