NC Smoky Mountains Short Term Rentals
Hello, my name is Will Keistler. I am a STR/LTR investor on the NC coast looking to potentially expand into the smoky mountains of NC. Has anyone had any experience investing in short term rentals in the NC mountains? Looking for investor friendly RE agents to discuss opportunities in that area. Have not had much luck finding anyone. I like the Bryson City & Banner Elk areas, but I know there are many places that run along the NC Mtns. If anyone has any feedback or advice, much appreciated!

Been a while buddy! Hit up Robert Ombres. He's more in Asheville but took me out to some showings and hooked me up with properties further out near Maggie Valley and such. Absolutely fantastic guy that is an investor as well.
